Basic concepts used in this Policy:

- automated personal data processing - personal data processing using computer equipment;
- provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
- blocking of personal data - temporary cessation of personal data processing (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
- destruction of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed;
- depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible without using additional information to determine the belonging of personal data to a specific personal data subject;
- personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
- cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
This Policy applies to all processes of collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data carried out using automation means.
The Company processes personal data in compliance with the principles and rules established by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27.06.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the user can go via links available on the Company's website. Third-party sites may have their own privacy policy and other personal data may be collected or requested from the user.

By using the Services and providing information to the Company necessary to initiate further interaction, you consent to its use in accordance with this Policy.
For specific Services, the Company may publish additional provisions supplementing this Policy.
