TechnoPack-Flex Payroll and Tax Accounting Audit

TechnoPack-Flex Payroll Audit is a comprehensive project aimed at restoring the correctness of payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and employee settlement data within the 1C:Salary and HR Management information system.

The project included a detailed analysis of payroll calculations, tax accounting registers, historical calculation periods, and employee settlements. Particular attention was paid to identifying inconsistencies in PIT calculations, restoring accounting integrity, and ensuring the correctness of data for subsequent payroll processing.

The project included:

• analysis of payroll, PIT, and employee settlement data;
• correction of accrued, withheld, and under-withheld PIT;
• restoration of tax accounting registers and elimination of discrepancies;
• reconciliation and correction of employee settlements;
• verification of opening balances and historical data migration;
• migration of validated corrections into the production environment;
• correction of payroll statements and historical payroll documents;
• consulting on payroll calculations and vacation pay processing.

As a result, the customer received a fully reconciled payroll database with restored tax accounting integrity and reliable data for future payroll processing.
